X Class Solar Flare

Dear ones,

yesterday we had an X class solar flare that has been said to have caused a big increase in ionisation of our upper atmosphere. In other words our field around Earth is more charged with electricity and it is no surprise that our auric fields are also more electrically charged. NASA has said that it is very rare for our upper atmosphere to alter as the flare occured on the Sun which they call a "magnetic crochet".

If you are feeling topsy turvy, more thin-skinned, sensitive than usual you are not going crazy. If you have been having intense dreams and world shaking realizations or breakthroughs in your being you are right on! Remember the powerful New Moon we are still under the influence of! This has been a major shift, a big shake up for our physical bodies, our psyche and our energetic bodies as well. More shift, more changes are underway...So, why not go with the the flow and make those changes in our daily lives, in our selves as well as we surf as gracefully as possible in these waters?

Are you feeling an almost electric energy hanging in the air, excitement and New adventures calling to you? I sure am! We have an exciting New Moon coming up on Sunday. 

As we know every New Moon is a reset point, beginning of a completely New cycle of life, in nature anyway. In nature everything constantly renews itself, nothing stays the same; even going in cycles, not one moment is the same as the next. Everything is in movement, going somewhere, growing, expanding or dying. The energies of New Moon can always be used to start something New and to end something outdated, the moon is completely supporting that. This New Moon is in the fiery energy of Mars that is supporting us to take risks, to dare and to go out of our comfort zones, do something out of the ordinary! I am hearing the planets are aligned in a way that supports adventures too. You know me, I don't take astrology seriously nor do I let anything have a say so over my life or being, yet if something rings true it rings true regardless the source, right? 

The astrologers are also talking about a "potentially life-changing Grand Cross" that will be occurring in the skies April 20 - 23. If you are interested in details please do a little research, yet from what I gathered it carries a lot of tension that will assist to blow out the old and outdated and bring in new possibilities and choices personally as well as globally. So, bring it on, right? Remember everything is up for a review now in everybody's life. None of us can continue on old paths...

So much has been waiting for me to do: spring cleaning in the house, daily chores, e-mails to respond to that have been piling up....Yet all I have been able to do is be in bliss and Ecstasy and completely immerse in the Luminous Light that has been pouring on us, into us for days now. It has been very hard, rather impossible to talk or write about something else than that! Our physical bodies are rising, arising, vibrating higher and higher, everything is accelerating and amplifying more and more. Anything that is limiting, that is too tight, too small to fit in, that is not in alignment with our higher purpose and Higher Selves is right in front of us so we can make new choices. Ask for help if you need and receive all the help you can get, from everything and everywhere: from the nature, from friends, from strangers, from animals, plants, from the ocean, from the elements...the whole Universe is waiting on us, to support us, to gift to us. 

April is promising to be an accelerated, fast-paced, fiery, bubbly, electric, adventurous time! It feels like the best way to surf the rather masculine energies of this fiery, month is to go with our inner Knowing without any contemplation, to be ready to jump in whatever the Universe presents to us, to be daring and adventurous. It is spring, after all, isn't it? Time to bud! 

There are two eclipses coming up in April, on the 15th and 29th as well. I will write about them as I feel their energies and their gifts which I am sure will be many. For now I am leaving you with these questions: What adventures are calling to you? What would you do if you were fearless? What if nothing and nobody could ever stop you???

Here We Are...

Here we are.....It is March 26th already, almost 1/4th of the New Year is over! Up and down in frequencies we travel at light speed on our blue star ship Earth! What a delight! What a miracle! Our planet and our civilization are no longer a  planet of a future that is uncertain, asension is humanity's and Gaia's destiny! What a relief! Yet we cannot just lean back and go to sleep, we need to stay awake, WIDE AWAKE and participate with it consciously! Our Presence is called more than ever! 


A lot has been being released from the collective lately: doubt, doubt of everything, of self, despair, lack of hope, lack of future, even lack of past....Since there is no turning back the so called past is even becoming more and more a phantom....The future is unknown...which leaves little to nothing to the mind that is programmed to live in the future or in the past and create a future from the past. It is becoming more and more difficult for the 3D mind to operate in the ways it used to. 

Be aware of the possibility that your mind might make up stories to keep itself going, to ensure its own functionality and involve all of you in them! These might be for example a sudden need to go and get some supplies for yourself or for others or take care of things out of a need made up by your mind. Your mind might make up lots of so called "necessities", needs and "musts" to deal with, just to ensure its legitimacy in being in charge and doing, just to keep you going the way you have been going. As always question if this is what is real for YOU, not for your mind! 

Bringing the mind into the correct relationship to your Spirit, or to your Heart is essential. While we "fire" the mind from its position of being in charge of our lives, beings and physical bodies we love and honor it as a divine instrument for its structural function. It has never been meant to rule and dictate over our lives or make decisions about our next steps! From my perspective, the correct relationship between the mind and the Spirit, or Higher, Divine Intelligence, if you will is that the Higher Intelligence Knows what to do and the 3D mind operates as a structure, as an instrument to fulfill, to put into action the inner Knowing in the physical reality. So it might be wise to act on Inner Knowing instead of routine, habit or based on the evaluation or beliefs of the 3D mind. Remember we are shifting 180 degrees in everything we believe we are and the world is and in what we do based on that. 

Also, remember that you only perceive and experience what is within your pictures of reality, i.e. what you have deemed as real and what you hold as real. All other information will be simply screened out of your reality, of your universe. In order to experience other dimensions you will need to open to the possibility of them. If you cannot feel the bigger currents of energies, planetary or galactic streams it is simply because you have not opened your consciousness to them and you are not participating with them as real. It has nothing to do with being gifted or being spiritual or evolved! It is not something to be achieved in life times' of work! There is nothing to become, there is no ability we don't have, nothing we are not! We simply need to own it, claim it, take a stand for it. 

In these times I call forth clarity, clarity of the mind, clarity of motivation, clarity of "sight"! I call forth deep, inner, unshakable connection to the Divine WE ARE and that all our actions come from the Divine within. Whatever situations we are going through in our lives, I call forth CLARITY for them and the CLARITY to see through them. I call forth the CLEAR MIND in correct relationship to the Higher Mind! I call forth the Love that WE ARE to imbue everything we are and everything we do!


May your path be clear and open....always...

And The Intensity Continues

Since yesterday we are being bombarded with light frequencies that make us feel quite sleepy and fuzzy. With that, a lot of stuff is being released from our subconscious mind and DNA so our bodies require a lot of energy to release, re-adjust, to catch up, to re-write themselves. It is a holy and joyful process we are in even though not comfortable at all at times. Yet we can feel the ecstasy, the Joy, the Freedom that all of that is bringing. We have reason to rejoice and to be in joyful anticipation even though we cannot tell what we are anticipating. It is truly a gift and a privilege to be alive, to be in a body on a planet in these times!

The old reality as we have perceived it and as we took it in, bought into it and embodied it is collapsing in and through us. More than ever it is time to question reality, authority and mental body activity! Limitation, contraction, outside authorities are what we bought into, what have been jolted into our beings when we came into this reality. We didn't choose any of it consciously, we bought into it all as part of being on this planet, it came with the package. Now that the magnetic grids are collapsing that have been holding reality as "reality" together for the collective, we are literally breaking through it. It is easier and more graceful than ever to leave one paradigm and to shift to another. All we have to do is to look at what we have been holding as "real" for us, as "given", constant, permanent, immutable and let go of them and open our minds and beings to the NEW! We do not have to know what the NEW looks like, what it feels like or what it will do "to us"... It is the familiarity, the infinite loop of the known that is most scary, not the Unknown, isn't it? 

It is a game we can play, really, a game of I AM and I am NOT. What we are NOT is leaving....what we truly are is coming in if we only open up and allow. All that is required is to open up and trust and allow our Higher Self, our Spirit - however you might choose to call it - to "descend" into our minds, bodies and lives, if we let ourselves be who we truly are and request that all that we are NOT instantly be dissolved into the space it came from. All the limitation, contraction, fear, ignorance...none of them we have ever been, ever! We don't need to battle all of that stuff, nor process or deny them or push them away. All we have to do is to look it right in the eye and see it for what it is and let it die, collapse from our realities, from the matrix and from the whole universe entirely. What is done for ONE is done for all, remember the faerie code? 

Remember that your Higher Self is YOU! Your mind, your beliefs, your emotions, your physical body, your 3D life are NOT YOU! Regardless how much you have grasped on them, regardless how much you identified with them or with the people around you, none of them are YOU! Your Higher Self is YOU! That is the only shift that is required of us! To shift to the identification and the Knowing of a higher level of who we are! The rest is what you took over to be in a body in this planet! You are being asked to replace all of that with the real you, with a lot higher versions of them. Your Divine Intelligence is waiting for guiding you, the Love, the Radiance, the Beauty, the Iridescence that YOU BE are waiting to flood your physical body, your Being, your consciousness if you just allow! Heaven on Earth is just a breath away if you just open up....and are willing to let go of what you are NOT! It takes a simple invitation to your Higher Levels to take over, to take command, to feel, to sense, to Know, to Receive, to Perceive, to BE who you truly BE! 

May you BE always filled with YOU!

The River of Light

Feeling dizzy, nauseous, exhausted or overly energized? Are you experiencing psychic activity, vivid dreams, restless, sleepless nights? Are your cells vibrating like crazy? Some or all of them may be how you experience the acceleration of late. We are finally moving! It is like all the clockwork moved and moved and clicked exactly the right position to open a gateway for the whole planet to move through and we are rushing through it at light speed! It is like all valves are fully open and the fluid waters of Light and encoded frequencies flood us like never before.

Time lines are merging and a new express highway in consciousness is emerging for those who choose it. This is available for us for the first time, we have been waiting for it for a long time! As always we choose with our vibration, with the thoughts, with our vibration, with our pictures of reality - conscious or unconscious - we offer to the Universe. 

As much as we would like to see where this river of Light is taking us it is still in the unknown to the mind. All we know is we cannot hold on to anything, there are no "safe harbors" anymore. We need to let go and surrender to the mighty river and let it carry us to a New place! At this point there is really no turning back....And really, there is nothing to look back to either...We can only trust, surrender and close our eyes and surrender to the Ecstasy that  is carrying us. We can only listen and dance to our own inner Song by now, no outside authorities.

Sleep, rest, move, eat, fast, laugh, cry...Do whatever makes you fully grounded  in your body! Don't forget to drink lots of water, it will help! Be kind to yourself! Be still! Enjoy the ride of our life time!

Spring Equinox, March 20th!

Night and day are equal length, as the Sun begins to win out over the dark of winter. 
It is a time of exuberance and fertility, a celebration of the abundance of nature.
In fact, a time for the celebration of just about everything.Winter is over!
We've made it!

This is a great time to come to balance on all levels. Green is the color of the Vernal Equinox, it is the ray of balance, healing and harmony.

Today, within the last 24 hours there has been another shift that caused us to STOP! It is like a little rest we take on this wild journey we are on, very much like taking a break to get the car to the shop so the oil and the engine can be checked before you move on with your journey. We are being rewired, recalibrated, prepared for the next jump. As I am writing this, it is already March 20th here, a lot off rewiring is going on. At the same time we are being flooded with balancing, harmonizing energies that at the same time raise our vibration rapidly. Peace is the Gift we are being given in this state of the journey, the Peace that comes only from following your  Divine  Self. I am seeing light codes pouring down to us while the planet, everything is positioning for something BIG! Once we are in position we will be catapulted forward into yet another timeline in a quantum leap!

It is best to lie down and rest if you can, take five and take care of your physical body, drink lots of water, sleep if you need to. You might not be able to get done a lot these days, so why not postpone what you can for a later time? After all there is nowhere to go, nothing to accomplish but just BE and RECEIVE what we have been waiting for.

We Were Made For These Times

I woke up with quite a heavy heart this morning, actually feeling heavy, dense, sluggish...My wings down, no wind under them...With a feeling of "I should  be doing something! and at the same time "What's the point?!" in my consciousness yet I couldn't put my finger on what was going on. Turning on my computer, reading my e-mails it all became clear...Here the newsflashes I encountered within five minutes: a Syrian 3 year old boy, shot, his last words before he dies: "I will tell God about all of these!" - a petition to sign to end child brides, 8 year old girls sold to marriage by their families - a call to help a 4 week old bear cub by Four Paws - leaks of corruption, deception....ignorance, lack of integrity, violence....I broke out in tears! Have I woken up in hell this morning? Everything is going from bad to worse with no sign of any change for better! What does it matter what I choose, what I BE? My Spirit's insistent call of late came to mind: "Don't make the appearances of the dying world real" Make your inner world real!" " I don't want to!" I screamed in tears, I don't care, don't you see this all? How come that so much suffering doesn't matter? How come regardless of so many Beings holding Light on the planet there is SO MUCH darkness?! I don't want to! I cannot do this! I am failing! We are all failing! It is too much to handle for us! I don't know what to do! I am out on a limb here! I want to go home!" 
I was aware that I was fully, completely entangled in what I have been making real, but I didn't care! It was all too much. The pain, the sadness, the FRUSTRATION were too overwhelming to ask Spirit for a shift! And what reality shift anyway? None of these were shifting in any way! So I cried and cried in my desperation, overwhelm, hopelessness and in my feeling of being completely lost, of not wanting to go on anymore. I was not only doubting that I couldn't change a thing but I was seeing the proof that none of us could! 

Right then a beloved friend of mine sent me an e-mail, forwarding me a text written by Clarissa Pinkola-Estes, and a quote of Osho. Talk about synchronicity! I am including both below, they say it all...After having read it amid tears, with all kinds of emotional outbursts....I became aware of the fact that how much I took the outside world into my being and started to embody it...overnight! How much I became all of the suffering, all of the pain, overwhelm, powerlessness of the whole universe....A song started to play in my head..

"Oh Great Spirit, 

Earth, Sun, Sky and Sea

you are inside

and all around me."

Spirit often communicates with me through songs playing in my head, putting them in loop, especially if I am too busy or overly preoccupied to listen to Spirit. I started to sing along....breaking into more tears...This time of relief. Great Spirit is always in me and around me, regardless the appearance! My heart is still very raw and tender. The words of Clarissa Pinkola-Estes are like a balm for my soul today. I hope it will sooth your being too when you are troubled. 

As Clarissa says Great Ships are not made to stay in safe harbors. I Know the Truth of that!  I know we were made for these times, I know we came here to BE the Light in darkness and not to succumb to it. I just need to rest a moment and gather the pieces of my heart together, collect the bones and sing to them...to awaken them...

I HEAR the call in my bones! Being "in the safe harbor" is not doing it anymore! Yes, like Osho is saying, Satyuga IS possible, and it will come! Yet what we need are leaders, True Leaders. Leaders not followed by people, but Leaders who follow their Higher Heart, the Divine Intelligence, their Spirit's vision, that are free to BE ALL THAT THEY CAN BE OPENLY, FEARLESSLY and POWERFULLY! The time of hiding is over, it must be over! We are called more than ever to step into our full Essence and Presence openly, in a public way. No more withholding of what we Truly are! We have been in hiding for a long time now, tired and afraid of being swallowed by this old dying world as it had happened to so many of us so many, many times! Being Light Workers, Light Beings privately in our homes is not doing it any more. As Osho is saying, humanity is in need of us, as it has never been in need before! We are being called urgently to bypass all our fears, resistances and step into and stand in our Divine Essence and Presence firmly. These are the times we are truly made of...So after throwing our temper tantrums and putting together all the pieces of our broken hearts it is time for us to ARISE as US!

Do Not Lose Heart, We Were Made for These Times

Do not lose heart. We were made for these times.

I have heard from so many recently who are deeply and properly bewildered. They are concerned about the state of affairs in our world right now. It is true, one has to have strong cojones and ovarios to withstand much of what passes for "good" in our culture today. Abject disregard of what the soul finds most precious and irreplaceable and the corruption of principled ideals have become, in some large societal arenas, "the new normal," the grotesquerie of the week.

It is hard to say which one of the current egregious matters has rocked people's worlds and beliefs more. Ours is a time of almost daily jaw-dropping astonishment and often righteous rage over the latest degradations of what matters most to civilized, visionary people.

...You are right in your assessments. The lustre and hubris some have aspired to while endorsing acts so heinous against children, elders, everyday people, the poor, the unguarded, the helpless, is breathtaking. 

Yet ... I urge you, ask you, gentle you, to please not spend your spirit dry by bewailing these difficult times. Especially do not lose hope. Most particularly because, the fact is - we were made for these times. 

Yes. For years, we have been learning, practicing, been in training for and just waiting to meet on this exact plain of engagement. I cannot tell you often enough that we are definitely the leaders we have been waiting for, and that we have been raised, since childhood, for this time precisely.

...I grew up on the Great Lakes and recognize a seaworthy vessel when I see one. Regarding awakened souls, there have never been more able crafts in the waters than there are right now across the world. And they are fully provisioned and able to signal one another as never before in the history of humankind. 

I would like to take your hands for a moment and assure you that you are built well for these times. Despite your stints of doubt, your frustrations in arighting all that needs change right now, or even feeling you have lost the map entirely, you are not without resource, you are not alone. 

Look out over the prow; there are millions of boats of righteous souls on the waters with you. In your deepest bones, you have always known this is so.

Even though your veneers may shiver from every wave in this stormy roil, I assure you that the long timbers composing your prow and rudder come from a forest greater. That long-grained lumber is known to withstand storms, to hold together, to hold its own, and to advance, regardless.

... We have been in training for a dark time such as this, since the day we assented to come to Earth. For many decades, worldwide, souls just like us have been felled and left for dead in so many ways over and over -- brought down by naiveté, by lack of love, by suddenly realizing one deadly thing or another, by not realizing something else soon enough, by being ambushed and assaulted by various cultural and personal shocks in the extreme. 

We all have a heritage and history of being gutted, and yet remember this especially ... we have also, of necessity, perfected the knack of resurrection. 

Over and over again we have been the living proof that that which has been exiled, lost, or foundered - can be restored to life again. This is as true and sturdy a prognosis for the destroyed worlds around us as it was for our own once mortally wounded selves.

...Though we are not invulnerable, our risibility supports us to laugh in the face of cynics who say "fat chance," and "management before mercy," and other evidences of complete absence of soul sense. This, and our having been 'to Hell and back' on at least one momentous occasion, makes us seasoned vessels for certain. Even if you do not feel that you are, you are. 

Even if your puny little ego wants to contest the enormity of your soul, the smaller self can never for long subordinate the larger Self. In matters of death and rebirth, you have surpassed the benchmarks many times. Believe the evidence of any one of your past testings and trials. Here it is: Are you still standing? The answer is, Yes! (And no adverbs like "barely" are allowed here). If you are still standing, ragged flags or no, you are able. Thus, you have passed the bar. And even raised it. You are seaworthy.

...In any dark time, there is a tendency to veer toward fainting over how much is wrong or unmended in the world. Do not focus on that. Do not make yourself ill with overwhelm. There is a tendency too to fall into being weakened by perseverating on what is outside your reach, by what cannot yet be. Do not focus there. That is spending the wind without raising the sails.

We are needed, that is all we can know. And though we meet resistance, we more so will meet great souls who will hail us, love us and guide us, and we will know them when they appear. Didn't you say you were a believer? Didn't you say you pledged to listen to a voice greater? Didn't you ask for grace? Don't you remember that to be in grace means to submit to the Voice greater? You have all the resource you need to ride any wave, to surface from any trough.

...In the language of aviators and sailors, ours is to sail forward now, all balls out. Understand the paradox: If you study the physics of a waterspout, you will see that the outer vortex whirls far more rapidly than the inner one. To calm the storm means to quiet the outer layer, to cause it, by whatever countervailing means, to swirl much less, to more evenly match the velocity of the inner, far less volatile core - till whatever has been lifted into such a vicious funnel falls back to Earth, lays down, is peaceable again.

One of the most important steps you can take to help calm the storm is to not allow yourself to be taken in a flurry of overwrought emotion or despair - thereby accidentally contributing to the swale and the swirl. Ours is not the task of fixing the entire world all at once, but of stretching out to mend the part of the world that is within our reach. 

Any small, calm thing that one soul can do to help another soul, to assist some portion of this poor suffering world, will help immensely.

It is not given to us to know which acts or by whom, will cause the critical mass to tip toward an enduring good. What is needed for dramatic change is an accumulation of acts - adding, adding to, adding more, continuing. We know that it does not take "everyone on Earth" to bring justice and peace, but only a small, determined group who will not give up during the first, second, or hundredth gale.

...One of the most calming and powerful actions you can do to intervene in a stormy world is to stand up and show your soul. Soul on deck shines like gold in dark times. 

The light of the soul throws sparks, can send up flares, builds signal fires ... causes proper matters to catch fire. To display the lantern of soul in shadowy times like these - to be fierce and to show mercy toward others, both -- are acts of immense bravery and greatest necessity. Struggling souls catch light from other souls who are fully lit and willing to show it. If you would help to calm the tumult, this is one of the strongest things you can do.

...There will always be times in the midst of "success right around the corner, but as yet still unseen" when you feel discouraged. I too have felt despair many times in my life, but I do not keep a chair for it; I will not entertain it. It is not allowed to eat from my plate.

The reason is this: In my uttermost bones I know something, as do you. It is that there can be no despair when you remember why you came to Earth, who you serve, and who sent you here. The good words we say and the good deeds we do are not ours: They are the words and deeds of the One who brought us here.

In that spirit, I hope you will write this on your wall: When a great ship is in harbor and moored, it is safe, there can be no doubt. But ... that is not what great ships are built for.

What Is Driving You?

After two days of getting unrooted and whirled around and shaken to complete disorientation the energies started to settle a bit and this time to SQUEEZE us! We landed in a kind of a "compression chamber", our minds hardly able to tell who we are, where we are and what the heck we are doing! All of these are shaking everything out of our Beings that are not in vibrational resonance with the New. So, again it is all happening for us!

We are already in the Spring Equinox doorway, the doorway that is bringing us to two gigantic energy waves in Summer. It is wild and it is crazy! We are being called to stabilize in these completely destabilizing times, to send our roots deeply into our own Self and  find the Balance within our own Being. In these times it is easy to hook into things, places, people who  seemingly make us feel good, who satisfy our ego desires for a short term "relief" and comfort! Yet we are being called to only and solely hook into our own Self, into our own Spirit! If you don't know how to do it just ask! Intention is the key, as always, and ALLOWANCE, the willingness to let something bigger than you to take over! SURRENDER is and will be still on! 

If you feel disoriented, foggy brain, density along lightness, unrest in the stomach area, compression, heavy head, heavy body, aches and pain, exhaustion, like you don't understand the world anymore....Know that all of that are reactions of the mental and physical bodies to the ascension process we are in right now. It is uncomfortable at times and at times it feels like you cannot take one more minute of it anymore! Yet take heart! This too shall pass. 

Right now it is not easy to read the surf even for the next hours, since we are the doers, it is being given more and more into our hands how this process unfolds. Even if we are not consciously aware of how we co-steer this train of ascension  we have so much impact on the individual and collective experience. The more we let go of the little "me, me me" mind, the sooner we put our small life in a bigger scope and perspective, the sooner we allow the Higher Intelligence to run our lives and minds the easier it will get for us individually and collectively. It is time to shift from operating from ego's desires and ideas about "what feels good" and what the small "I" needs, thinks, believes, wants, desires to "WHAT DOES MY SPIRIT WANT ME TO DO, TO BE?" It is time to let go of letting our ego/mind dictate and have a say so over our lives, life streams and bodies and allow our Higher Intelligence to take over for us! What does our True Self really want? What familiarity, comfortability is running your life? Why are you doing what you're doing, really? What is driving you? 

Fallen from Grace? ~ Remember Mary Poppins!

Today the winds have changed, literally as well here in Vienna. It is a stormy day and they have foretold GIANT storms coming our way. The warm, mild, sunny weather as well as the ecstatic, graceful energies of yesterday seem to be gone! We have, again fallen from "Grace", it seems. Yet the only thing that happened is the shift in our perception! I wonder if the "fallen angels" have also shifted from their position of full connection, wholeness to a place of more duality and they haven't fallen anywhere at all! Just like us! Even though it seems like from one moment to the other we shifted to a lower vibrational place, to a denser frequency, we haven't really leave Heaven at all! Just our perception shifted. This is how the waves of ascension works for those who chose! This is how we bridge worlds, how we bring in the "Heaven on Earth" into denser realms.

If you feel like you "shrank" energetically, if your body feels tight today, if you feel cranky, frustrated of seemingly loosing the "good place" you have been just a day or hours ago...If you feel like you fell from Grace with one fell swoop, without warning...Take heart! We are just going back and forth, back and forth carrying people over to the "other side" each time when this happens. All we have to do is to wake up in the dream sooner and sooner each time! Remember the scene in the movie Mary Poppins when they start to levitate and float around when they laugh and are happy -higher vibration - and when they are sad - lower vibration - they sink to the ground? We can do the same! So when you find yourself "sinking" just remember to laugh a little! It might truly work wonders! To quote Merlin, humor is the only real thing in this dimension!

This is what has been happening for me: I wake up a little sooner than the previous time! I don't buy into the density so much anymore. Instead I open my Heart, I open my body, my cells to the Divine, to Divine Ecstasy which I Know is still there full force, which I Know I AM ALWAYS, and allow it all to pour into my body, mind, into my reality, into my life stream! I don't buy into tightness, darkness, contraction anymore! I have seen so much better to make it real. This "job" of shifting realities for the collective, moving back and forth between realities is getting so much easier, so much more fun!

As always, SURRENDER is the key, ALLOWANCE! No expectations of anything, not even of Heaven! We are being moved by our own Beloved Spirit, by the Hand of the Divine, in our Spirit's arms at all times! Wouldn't we go anywhere with your Beloved? Wouldn't the Beloved's presence make everything wonderful and magical, easy and Love-filled wherever we are? Whatever dream we dream? None of these is real, really! :-) The sooner we remember this Truth for us, as Truth for us, the more instantly we shift back into Haven! Easy peasy! What a Joy!

So, when the winds change again...and storms are upon me...like today...I will take my umbrella and fly around, like Mary Poppins! If the wind's in the East though....Since everybody knows it only works with the winds in the East, right?

Happy Full Moon everyone!

As the old world seems to come apart at the seams more and more we are moving forward faster than ever in the ascension process. Everything seems to be turning upside down, airplanes playing hide and seek with airlines, all the political, social, economic turmoil, conflicts, suppression and oppression in so many corners of the planet....Even though what is now makes us almost miss what has been before and things seem to go from bad to worse in so many ways....yes, there was never so much Light on this planet! 

We are being called to look beyond the appearances, beyond what is happening on the surface and don't make the appearances real. We are being called to find the highest vibratory place in our Being and make that real for us, more real than the outside world. 

There is a Full Moon coming up March 16th, a Full Moon in Virgo, also called "the Snow Moon", I hear. Virgo is a Feminine sing in the zodiac, archetypally it represents Bounty, Wholeness and Fullness of the Divine Feminine. Full moon always brings fulfillment and conclusion as well. This is a great chance for completion in preparation for the upcoming Equinox. Since the Goddess has never a fixed time, the energy of the Full Moon, as well as any moon cycle can be felt within a three days time window; one day before and one day after the Full Moon. What in your life and in your Being calls for completion? What in your Heart calls for Fulfillment?

What about consciously connecting with the energy of the Full Moon this time around by taking a walk in the moon light? Or by creating sacred space and invoking the power of the Full Moon in your life and in your Being? What about celebrating the Divine Feminine within you this Full Moon and unleashing Her more and more?

Waves upon waves...

Everything is accelerating Now more and more. Waves after waves of New Light, New Life, New codes are washing over us, breaking through the old, through the cracks in the old world that are getting bigger and bigger. We are passing through another "No Return" point....Yet know that there is  no resting point along this wave but constant SURRENDER!

All over the world the Feminine is rising! There have been lots of demonstrations and peaceful activities by women in never seen before numbers all over the world. Astrologers have been foretelling it for a long time: Venus and Sagittarius and some other constellations I don't understand...Yet I do understand that She is arising, freeing Herself from the chains of male/mind dominance . The Divine Feminine within us is breaking free! She is asking to be heard, expressed and to run freely. Our intuition, our creative juices, our instincts, our gut feeling, our inner strength, our sacred sexuality, our caring for all Life, our imagination, our inner song and dance...all wanting to break free! How can YOU release and free YOUR inner Divine Feminine more and more...then even more? Where is she screaming at the top of Her voice to be heard and to be expressed? It is time to run freely, wildly! Break free, girls, IT IS TIME! 

At the same time the New Light is bringing up all worry, suspicion, doubt, fear in humanity. If you find yourself doubting somebody or something know that it is YO you are doubting, your own Knowing. The Inner Knowing, the instinct simply Knows, it does not doubt anything, it simply Knows the Truth of the Moment! Something is either truth or a lie for you in any given moment! Doubt is being far away from that Knowing! So if you catch yourself doubting anybody or anything turn back in to your Inner Knowing, to your Heart. Ask for Your Truth of the Moment to reveal itself! The One Who Knows does not doubt anybody or anything, S/He just Knows! Right away! We need our inner instincts and our inner guidance more and more in our lives Now that we are following our Spirits! You might want to strengthen that connection.

All the patterns surfacing in the face of the New Light are just shadows don't come to stay, they come to leave. So, please, again, do not process, heal or fix yourself or others. Just let the distortions leave, look them in the eye and say "Thank you, but no, thank you! Been there, done that! Be gone!" Always ask your angels, your true family to take care of them. Don't participate with shadow and illusion as though if they are real. How to know what is truth and what is illusion? If it feels expanding, if it makes you breathe deeper, if it gives you the sense of space and freedom, if it opens your heart it is real. If it doesn't it is not! So just toss it in the winds and pull your attention back from it, regardless who or what it is. That is a very co-creative act, remember, you co-create by choosing what to make real by participating with it as real. 

The world is in a growing restless state right now with all the wars, conflicts, power struggles and what not going on! As all of these come to your attention, you might wish to send your Heart and your Light to those people and places in need, there are many, many or them! You might also want to assign angels to those people, hospitals, politicians, peoples...Remember there are fleets of unemployed angels waiting for assignment. Please consider employing them as a constant habit. Another thing you might wish to do is to bring your attention to all those situations and just watch, BE FULLY present and watch things shift and change and open up without your mind or emotions being involved. Even though you might not see the result right away this is "Light Work" at its highest form! The faerie code says: "What serves One serves All". What you send out for "others" (is there such a thing, really?) happens through you, for you and in you as well. Remember how interconnected we are!

We are still in anticipation of the March Equinox (March 20th) and a series of very powerful markers in time are waiting for us. There is quite a lineup of cosmic and astrological events ahead! This will be powerful, dear ones, this will be more powerful than anything we have ever experienced before! As always it is our choice how to experience and how to utilize it all for us, for our lives and for the collective. How conscious we wish to go through all of that is our choice. 

Consider keeping a journal and writing down your inner experiences, dreams etc.. It will help to anchor them all more in the physical. Additionally you might want to "cleanse your mind" by writing down your thoughts you have. That will isolate your thoughts from you and give you some space if your mind gets overly active. Stay away from any kind of drama and whatever you do follow your Bliss, Ease and Grace! Live Heaven with each breath and each step!

Change...Change...Change...

"Winds in the east, there's a mist comin' in

Like somethin' is brewin' and 'bout to begin.

Can't put me finger on what lies in store,

But I feel what's to happen all happened before."

I know, I am not saying anything new when I say this is a time of Great Change! Something is brewing and we all can feel it. What we might not always be aware of is that all of these changes and shifts are not happening to us, but for us and most importantly through us. If you have chosen for yourself to be a conscious dreamer in this reality instead of dreaming the collective dream you know what I mean. You know that you create change for yourself and for all creation, really, every moment with your thoughts, words, actions, with the vibration you put out, in short with what you are being in each moment. If you have not discovered that for yourself allow this to be an invitation for you to YOU! 

The planet is shifting and moving at light speed taking all life with her. If you are in a body on the planet right now you have already bought your ticket for this wild ride. If you plan on continuing your journey on this spaceship "Gaia" it might be wise to consider complete surrender to Your Self! The compass is, once again the question "What is real?" Of course, what is real is what we say is real, what we make real, that we've got down by now, haven't we? Yet most of us continue on this journey living in two different realities, in the 3D and in the 5D worlds making both of them real. Lately I have been asked by my guidance to focus on my inner reality and experiences, make them more real than the world of appearances, the dying 3D world! With all the challenges this request brought in for my mind I can report that it is more rewarding than anything so far. 

The surf is high right now, the frequency on the planet is rising and rising. Our bodies are continuously shifting, becoming more and more light. Our DNA is changing and our cells are holding more and more light, the particles separating more and more. There is literally more space in our bodies. Mind the contracting factors of fear, worry, overuse of mind/thinking, making outside appearances more real than our inner reality. There is great acceleration and expansion at all levels, bringing up to surface everything that is dense, contracted and not yet released into Love's presence. All in all all is moving rapidly and the Divine Plan is on, everything unfolding perfectly for us, around us and through us. 

It seems the next weeks through the Spring Equinox our vibrations will be rising even higher. The more the outer world seems to disintegrate politically, socially, economically at global and individual level, the more integrated we become into our own true Selves. You see, all is there, humanity's next level of evolution is already there, Heaven on Earth is already there, nothing is ever separate from us...All we are being asked to do is to open our eyes to it, our hearts and our minds! I am being told that, by choosing what we make real, we bridge one reality to the other. In other words we literally create bridges from one reality to the other, from 3D to 5D and by walking through the bridges we allow others to walk behind us! That's how powerful we are! 

The next few weeks are full of possibilities and opportunities. There is expansion in the air and regardless the outer appearance Spring is springing already. The quality of this time of the year is always about making room for and bringing in the New, letting go of the old (spring cleaning), rebirth, New Life and Hope! It is my most favorite time of the year! What we will sow in this season we will reap in fall. It is a great time to turn over a new leaf, don't you think?

At a physical level we can expect dizziness, nausea and ringing in the ears as well as a lot of common symptoms when the frequencies of our bodies rise. Our physical bodies need to get used to the New levels of Light and the best way to deal with it is to give the body the time and space to adjust. As strange as it might sound having an ordinary rock in your pocket might stabilize your physical body, at least it works for me. Also drinking lots of water, eating light, being in the nature as much as possible can help a great deal, as well as deep breathing. Yet the most important and effective aid is to train the mind to focus on the inner Truths, on the New and pull back its focus from the old, dying world. Regardless how desperate it may seem and regardless how much you might feel compelled to jump in and heal it or fix it or at least do something "about it" you might want to stay out of it all. Each time we direct our attention to the world of appearance, each time we participate with it as real, we make it a bit more real for ourselves and for everybody. We are in this together, remember?

A father, a mother, a daughter a son -

The threads of their lives unraveling undone -

I understand that if a loved one is involved with drama it is a lot more difficult to stay out of it. Yet, still, the Universal Law applies here regardless: What we participate in as real becomes real for ourselves and also for others! Regardless the situation you might want to remind yourself that they are not broken, their Spirit knows what they are doing and what to do and you might choose not to follow the urge to heal and save them, but instead hold them in their highest Being! 

Could be! 

Who knows? 

There's something due any day; 

I will know right away, 

Soon as it shows. 

The time through the Equinox promises to be a very powerful time for us. Most of us feel the change even though it is not visible yet. We have been waiting for a very, very long time for the outer reality to catch up and shift and Now it seems it is closer than ever. Even though we don't know what will happen next moment we feel in our bones something will happen, something will change! It is an exciting time if we allow ourselves to be in that place of anticipation, of openness and of availability for what is underway. There is a lot of magic and Joy, tons of Love for us in this if we open ourselves to it. By choosing where to focus on we say YES to the New, to our New lives.

Magic and miracles are around us to the extend we make space for them and make them real for us. Remember everything is within our reach, we just need to extend our arms and take it....It is THAT close Now! All is well, as always, regardless the appearance...for ourselves...for our loved ones...and for the planet. We are loved and taken care of beyond our imagination. What about this little request to the universe every day: "Show me something I haven't seen before that is available for me!" Will we see it? Will we receive it?
